We have released a beta feature to add and search for custom course materials that are not in universal ISBN databases.

When you add a new book, you’ll notice a check box asking you if the book you’re adding is a custom material.

At this point, if you check the box, a new interface slides down asking for a title. From here the process is the same as adding other books.

When searching, you’ll notice a link at the top right of the results if there are custom materials posted for this course or for the title you searched.

This will not appear when searching ISBN numbers because these materials do not always come with ISBN numbers. If you click on this link, you’ll see a list of results that looks like the regular results but will only contain custom course materials.
